By accessing or using the China2Naija website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services.
By placing an order, you warrant that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to enter into this agreement.
Payment must be received in full before order processing begins. We accept secure online payments through Paystack — debit/credit cards, bank transfers, and USSD.
Order confirmation does not guarantee product availability. We will notify you if a product becomes unavailable after your order is placed.
You can cancel your order and receive a full refund any time before it ships — typically a window of one to two days after you place it. Cancel from Account → Orders → “Cancel & refund”. The refund is issued automatically to the account you paid from; no approval or waiting on us is involved.
Refunds are returned to your original payment method and normally appear within 3–10 working days, depending on your bank. You can follow the progress of any refund from the order in your account at any time.
Once your order has shipped and is on its way, it can no longer be cancelled for a change of mind. Your rights in respect of faulty, damaged or incorrect items are unaffected and are set out below.
If you are ever charged and no order appears, your payment is still recorded against a payment reference beginning C2N_ the moment you press Pay. Contact us with that reference and we will either complete your order or refund you in full. You will not lose money because of a technical failure on our side.
We do not offer change-of-mind returns or exchanges on items that have already been delivered.
However, in line with the Federal Competition and Consumer Protection Act 2018, if an item arrives defective, damaged, or different from what you ordered, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or full refund. Contact our support team promptly (within 7 days of delivery) with your tracking code and photos or videos of the issue, and we will make it right.
Products sold through China2Naija carry the manufacturer's warranty. Warranty claims must be made through our support team. We are not responsible for warranties offered by third-party manufacturers beyond facilitating the claim process.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, China2Naija shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services or products. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product in question.
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of China2Naija or its content suppliers and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express permission.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lagos State, Nigeria.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
