Agreement to Terms

Orders and Payment

By placing an order, you warrant that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to enter into this agreement.

Payment must be received in full before order processing begins. We accept bank transfers, credit/debit cards, and pay-on-delivery in select locations.

Order confirmation does not guarantee product availability. We will notify you if a product becomes unavailable after your order is placed.

Shipping and Delivery

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery.
You are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
Additional charges may apply for re-delivery due to incorrect address or failed delivery attempts.

Returns and Refunds

Our return policy allows returns within 7 days of delivery for items in original condition.

Defective products may be returned within 30 days for replacement or refund.

Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive the returned item.

Shipping costs for returns are the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to our error.

Warranty

Products sold through China2Naija carry the manufacturer's warranty. Warranty claims must be made through our support team. We are not responsible for warranties offered by third-party manufacturers beyond facilitating the claim process.
