How to Return an Item

Receive Refund

Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.

Eligible for Returns

  • Unopened products in original packaging
  • Products with manufacturing defects
  • Products that don't match the description
  • Damaged items (reported within 24 hours of delivery)
  • Wrong items delivered

Not Eligible for Returns

  • Products used or showing signs of use
  • Products without original packaging
  • Products damaged by misuse
  • Earbuds and headphones (hygiene reasons, unless defective)
  • Software and digital products
  • Products returned after 7 days

Refund Information

Processing Time: Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

Refund Method: Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Bank transfers may take an additional 2-3 business days to reflect.

Partial Refunds: In some cases (items not in original condition, missing parts), we may issue a partial refund at our discretion.

Shipping Costs: Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
